I was seeking an application where I could contact online physicians as a mother who was having difficulty going out due to the Coronavirus when I came across Albert. When my child has some health problems, I can contact healthcare professionals right away, it is quite helpful to be able to communicate promptly. At the same time, I can get the psychological help I need as a result of the stress I am under. Lastly, the internet does not always have accurate information, but with Albert, I can always access reliable information. I am quite pleased with the application.

I needed to see a gastroenterologist for my gastrointestinal condition, but there aren't any near where I live. My medicines were also causing plenty of adverse effects on me. This program enables me to consult the branch I require online while also learning about pharmaceutical adverse effects. And thanks to reminders, I take my medicine regularly and on time. I've had the pleasure of working with the Albert Health team since the initial workshop in 2020. We now meet for a video conference every two weeks to align on UK strategy and pilot execution with an NHS partner. The app is quite useful, and I would suggest it to anybody. I generally use the app for telehealth services; it's incredibly convenient to always have help available. I can help myself as well as my child. I also use reminders for things like taking medicine and washing my hands. Thank you for the app!

I'm quite pleased with the app. My first experience was receiving assistance from the Newborn Nurse. She was really helpful, educated, and friendly. The application is of very good quality and reliability. For my baby's sleep, I also use the sleep reminder. When I have an issue, I can receive help right away. Thank you very much!

We partnered with related HCP and patient associations and Albert Health to support a remote disease management solution for patients with Cancer and MS. We have benefited from collaborating with Albert Health since they were very result-oriented, and their team had a good blend of technical and medical information to interpret the needs and convert them to solutions.
